Service Area
Delivery is available across Quebec and Ontario. Additional areas may be serviced upon special request.
Timelines
- In-stock items: typically shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Special orders: subject to 3–6 week lead times, depending on supplier and material.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Numaison is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss incurred after this point.
Damaged Goods
You are required to inspect all shipments at delivery. All claims for visible or concealed damage must be made in writing to information@numaisons.com within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs. Failure to notify within this period shall void any claim.
Limited Warranty Policy
Duration: 1-Year Limited Warranty
Coverage: Manufacturing defects in material only.
Exclusions:
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
- Wear and tear, discoloration, water/moisture damage.
- Improper storage or transportation by the client.
This warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser.
