2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your online order within 24hours of purchase. After this period, orders are considered final sale (unless damaged or wrong items delivered).
3. Returns & Restocking Fee
We accept returns no later than 7 days after purchase only for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies. Custom or special orders cannot be returned.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your delivery arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of both the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us with your order number, items in question, and reason for return.
We’ll provide return authorization and instructions if approved.
Ship the items back using a traceable method.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee).
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you’d like a different item, please let us know — we’ll do our best to assist.
