Terms and Conditions
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“you”) and Numaison (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing access and use of the website www.numaison.com (the “Site”), as well as any purchases or interactions with our services, whether online or in-person.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this Site or making a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this Site.
2. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site solely for lawful purposes. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to data scraping, impersonation, or fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

All prices, descriptions, and specifications are subject to change without notice. We endeavor to ensure accuracy, but Numaison disclaims all liability for typographical or informational errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
No warranty is made regarding color accuracy, stock levels, or dimensions displayed on the Site.
Orders & Payments
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or limit any order at our sole discretion. Orders are not deemed accepted until written confirmation is issued.
All payments must be made in full prior to dispatch. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to process transactions and verify details via third-party processors.
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, and product photography are the property of Numaison or its licensors and protected under Canadian copyright law. Unauthorized use will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Numaison shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of this Site, products sold, or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montreal, Quebec, and you consent to venue therein.
EVIDENCE & DOCUMENTATION IN DISPUTES
Numaison reserves the right to present the following in case of legal or banking disputes:
Signed estimates, invoices, or delivery slips
Email or SMS confirmations
Surveillance or showroom footage
Screenshots of website disclosures at time of purchase
Call recordings, image metadata, and shipping records
These documents will be provided to payment processors and legal counsel as binding evidence.
CONTRACTUAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By submitting a purchase online, in person, or by phone/email, the Client acknowledges:
You are entering into a legally binding agreement with Numaison Inc.
You have reviewed and accepted all product specifications, return conditions, warranty terms, and disclaimers prior to finalizing the order.
You waive any right to future disputes based on matters clearly disclosed on invoices, the website, or these policies.
CHARGEBACK & FRAUDULENT CLAIM PROTECTION
To protect against fraud, chargebacks, and misuse of buyer protection programs, the following applies:
All transactions require photo ID verification and proof of authorization if the cardholder is not present.
A detailed invoice with product SKU, specifications, and agreed-upon terms is signed or acknowledged via email by the buyer.
Once an order is placed and accepted, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable, except under the Return Policy.
Any dispute, chargeback, or bank claim made without first contacting Numaison directly and allowing a reasonable resolution period (up to 21 days) shall be deemed fraudulent activity and will be reported to:

Local law enforcement
The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre
All phone calls, email confirmations, and purchase interactions may be recorded or documented for evidence in disputes.
If a chargeback is filed after delivery or acceptance of goods and is determined to be meritless, you agree to be liable for legal recovery costs, interest, and damages.
General Disclaimers
- Product photos on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual color or finish may vary based on monitor settings or batch variations.
- Numaison shall not be held liable for any professional advice or installation guidance rendered verbally or in-store unless confirmed in writing.
- All project outcomes are the sole responsibility of the client and/or contractor.
